✔️ Ingredients:

1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust, baked 🥧

1 cup sugar 🍬

1 ½ cups water 💧

¼ cup cornstarch 🌽

1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced 🍓

1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin (Jello) 🍓

✔️ Instructions:

1️⃣ Bake the Crust: Prepare the pie crust according to package instructions, then set aside to cool.


2️⃣ Prepare the Filling: In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water. Slowly whisk in cornstarch, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.


3️⃣ Thicken the Mixture: Continue stirring for 4-5 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and turns slightly clear.


4️⃣ Add Gelatin: Remove from heat and whisk in the strawberry gelatin until fully dissolved. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.


5️⃣ Add Strawberries: Once cooled, add sliced strawberries to the gelatin mixture, stirring to coat the strawberries evenly.


6️⃣ Assemble the Pie: Pour the strawberry filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading it out evenly.


7️⃣ Chill and Set: Place the pie in the refrigerator and chill for 2-3 hours, or until set.
