✅️ Ingredients
For the Dough:
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (110°F/45°C)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Filling:
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
For the Garlic Butter:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted π§
2 cloves garlic, minced π§
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley πΏ

Make the Dough:
Activate Yeast:
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
Mix Dough:
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead:
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Rise:
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Assemble the Rolls:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll Out Dough:
Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Add Filling:
Sprinkle the bacon and cheese evenly over the dough.
Roll and Cut:
