  • For the Chips:
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges or use frozen chips 🥔
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 🫒
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional) 🌶️

Instructions:

  • 1. Make the Chips:
  • If using fresh potatoes, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
