This festive Cranberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake pairs the tartness of cranberries with the creamy sweetness of white chocolate, making it a perfect dessert for holiday gatherings. Serves 8.


Ingredients:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs 🍪

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 🧈

16 oz cream cheese, softened 🧀

1 cup powdered sugar 🍚

1 cup melted white chocolate 🍫

1/2 cup cranberry sauce 🍒

1 cup whipped cream, for topping 🍦

Fresh cranberries, for garnish 🍒

Instructions:

1️⃣ Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan for the crust. 2️⃣ In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. 3️⃣ Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture. 4️⃣ Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then swirl the cranberry sauce through the top layer. 5️⃣ Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the cheesecake set. 6️⃣ Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh cranberries for a festive finish.
